Job summary

Balchem Lincoln Nebraska is seeking a Weekend Manufacturing Supervisor to lead Production and Packaging during the weekend schedule. You will coordinate people, equipment, and priorities to ensure safe, compliant, high-quality output from raw materials to finished products.

The role requires strong leadership, timely communication, and hands-on support as needed. The ideal candidate has prior manufacturing leadership experience, knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and sanitation, and is capable of

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; leadership ability and strong communication are essential.
• Experience leading both production and packaging operations in a regulated environment preferred.
• Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and coordinate multiple activities across departments.
• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, sanitation, and safety requirements is highly valued.
