Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience required; experience in both production and packaging preferred.
• Experience with food manufacturing or cereal environment preferred.
• Ability to lead, set priorities, and manage disruptions.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work weekend-focused schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate, coach, and monitor weekend shift employees.
• Provide clear direction at shift start; manage attendance and conduct.
• Coordinate operations across production and packaging.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and compliance with SOPs.
• Respond to issues and escalate when appropriate.
• Communicate schedule deviations and risks to management.
• Promote safety culture and HACCP/GMP practices.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas per sanitation schedule.
