Balchem Corporation in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking a 3rd Shift Packaging Supervisor to lead packaging operations on 3rd shift (11p-7a). You will supervise leads and operators, maintain floor presence, ensure safety, quality, and compliance, and coordinate with management to meet production priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Experience leading packaging operations strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees and communicate expectations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate, coach, and evaluate leads and operators on the 3rd shift.
• Provide clear direction, maintain floor presence, and address performance and attendance issues.
• Coordinate with HR and management on policy and safety matters.
• Train operators on GMPs, OSHA safety, lockout/tagout and safe work practices.
• Monitor inventories, production flow, and packaging priorities to meet schedule goals.
• Ensure paperwork and records (ADP timecards and production docs) are complete and compliant.
• Maintain product quality and adherence to standard operating procedures.
