Job summary

Balchem Lincoln Nebraska location is seeking a Weekend Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee Production and Packaging on weekend shifts. You will coordinate people, equipment, and priorities to ensure safe, compliant, efficient, high‑quality cereal production from raw materials to finished goods.

The role leads operators, communicates with weekday teams, reinforces expectations, and maintains handoffs. Strong leadership, problem solving and adherence to GMP/HACCP are required.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to lead production and packaging operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
