Diamond Grove Center is seeking a PRN Weekend Receptionist to be the first point of contact for callers and visitors. You will greet guests professionally, manage the switchboard, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department, ensuring a welcoming and organized front-desk experience.

The role emphasizes accurate handling of documents and coordination with admissions, therapeutic staff, and other teams to support patient intake and family visits within a psychiatric treatment setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of secretarial experience are required.
• Some college experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for creating an environment and culture that focuses on fulfilling the organization's mission, vision and values.
• Distributes correspondence, memos, policies, plans, reports, schedules, forms, spreadsheets, worksheets and other documents accurately, efficiently, with a professional appearance.
• Complete responsibilities for referral tracking information and notifies the appropriate personnel of the arrival of the admissions to the hospital
• Promptly notifies the appropriate therapeutic staff member of the arrival of a patient's family for visitation/family therapy/discharges.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Two years secretarial experience

Some college preferred
