Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience with a multi-line phone system is preferred.
• BLS certification required; CPI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to incoming telephone calls in a courteous, customer-friendly manner.
• Provide information or directions to callers.
• Greet visitors and issue badges.
• Direct visitors and patients to the correct locations or staff.
• Manage patient items brought in by visitors.
• Maintain documentation related to Needs Assessment and referral calls.
• Provide clerical support as needed by department head.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
