Job summary

Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dependable, professional PRN Receptionist to join our team. This as-needed position provides coverage when regularly scheduled staff are unavailable, with the flexibility to pick up occasional shifts.

The PRN Receptionist will greet residents, families, visitors, employees, and vendors, answer calls, assist visitors, monitor the front entrance, provide basic clerical support, and communicate with multiple departments to maintain a welcoming

Qualifications

• Experience in receptionist, customer service, office, or healthcare roles is preferred but not required.
• This is a PRN position with flexible hours; regular weekly hours are not guaranteed.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, employees, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.
• Assist visitors with questions and directions.
• Monitor the front entrance and follow facility sign-in and security procedures.
