CVS Health in Nashville seeks a Part-time Family Nurse Practitioner for weekend float coverage at MinuteClinic. You will provide primary and family-based care, perform routine exams, and coordinate with the clinical care team to maintain continuity of care.

Responsibilities include administrative tasks, patient education, and following evidence-based guidelines. A valid Family Nurse Practitioner license and DOT certification within 30 days are required, with bilingual abilities a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Active Family Nurse practitioner license in good standing.
• Education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, STI prevention and safer sex practices.

Responsabilités

• Provide primary and family evidence-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, counseling and disposition planning.
• Handle administrative duties: opening/closing clinic, inventory, patient follow up, insurance verification and payments, maintain a clean environment.
• Manage patient appointments and routine examinations to ensure positive health outcomes.
• Discuss healthy lifestyle choices with patients and coordinate with other healthcare professionals for a comprehensive care plan.
• Encourage patient participation in their own health and well-being through screenings and wellness services.
