Job summary
CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Nurse Practitioner to join our Jacksonville, FL MinuteClinic team. The role covers a 50‑mile radius and includes one weekday shift plus every weekend, with 20–25 hours per week.
This clinic-based position emphasizes autonomous practice with strong clinical support, flexible scheduling, and access to advanced tools and resources. Board-certified FNPs with an unrestricted FL license are preferred.
Qualifications
- Master's degree as Family Nurse Practitioner
- Current national board certification (AANP/ANCC) as FNP
- Active, unrestricted state APRN license
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions
- Provide both in-person and virtual visits from the clinic
- Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, and coordination of care with other healthcare professionals
- Engage patients in wellness services and chronic disease management
- Complete essential clinic operations including inventory, opening/closing, follow-up, insurance verification and payments
