Responsibilities include comprehensive primary care, immunizations, and care planning. Requirements include NP licensure, DOT within 30 days, and BLS; Spanish language skills are a plus in some markets.

Qualifikationen

• One year of NP experience required; family medicine preferred.
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
• Provide holistic, evidence-based care including assessment, diagnosis, and disposition planning.
• Order and administer immunizations (COVID-19, influenza, TB, Depo) and vaccine counseling.
• Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
• Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
• Bilingual ability in Spanish may be required depending on market.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification including CPR and AED.

Aufgaben

• Provide primary and family evidenced-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition planning.
• Open/close the clinic, inventory, patient follow-up, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Manage patient appointments and routine examinations.
• Discuss healthy lifestyle choices and coordinate with other healthcare professionals.
• Encourage patient engagement in health and wellness programs.
