CVS Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a part-time weekend float in the Jacksonville, FL area. The role covers a 50-mile radius of clinics with both in-person and occasional virtual visits, and requires board-certified FNP credentials with an unrestricted state license.

The position offers flexible scheduling, strong clinical support, and opportunities for professional growth within MinuteClinic. On-site duties include inventory, patient follow-up, and efficient clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner with current national board certification.
• Active, unrestricted FNP license in good standing.
• 1 year NP experience preferred; new grads considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide both in-person and virtual visits from the clinic to support positive patient outcomes.
• Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, vaccination administration, and care coordination.
• Engage patients in wellness services, chronic disease management and preventive screenings.
• Complete clinic operations including inventory, opening/closing, follow-up, insurance verification and payments.
• Maintain a safe and efficient care environment with routine exams and timely patient management.
