Job summary

CVS Health’s MinuteClinic is seeking a part-time Weekend Float Nurse Practitioner in the Cleveland, OH area. You will deliver primary and family care with evidence-based approaches, and you’ll be part of a collaborative clinical care team.

Responsibilities include clinic operations, patient follow-up, and administering immunizations. A Family NP license, DOT within 30 days, and BLS are required, with bilingual skills a plus for some markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner, family medicine preferred.
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
• Education and treatment for health problems, counseling and disposition planning.
• Immunizations including COVID-19, influenza, TB, Depo and vaccine education.
• DOT certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and family evidenced-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and disposition.
• Open/close clinic, manage inventory, patient follow-up, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Schedule management and routine examinations to maintain positive health outcomes.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Encourage patient participation in health screenings and wellness programs.
