Job summary

Qualifications
- Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
- Holistic, evidence-based care with accurate assessment and planning.
- DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
- CPR/AED certification and BLS.
- Fluent in English; multilingual preferred depending on market.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary and family care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and disposition planning.
- Open/close clinic, inventory, scheduling, insurance validation, and patient follow-up.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals for a comprehensive plan of care.
- Encourage preventive care and health screenings; engage patients in wellbeing.
