Job summary

CVS Health's MinuteClinic is seeking a part-time Float Nurse Practitioner for weekend/evening coverage to deliver high-quality primary and family care. Roles include both in-person and virtual visits from the clinic, with strong clinical support and autonomy within a collaborative team.

Required Master’s in Family NP, active ANCC/AANP certification, and unrestricted APRN license; bilingual skills may be needed. Proficiency with EPIC and multi-state licensure are pluses.

Qualifications

• One year NP experience preferred; new grads may be considered.
• Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
• Ability to order vaccines and injections (COVID-19, influenza, TB testing, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide both in-person and virtual visits from the clinic to support patient health outcomes.
• Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, and coordination of care with other professionals.
• Engage patients in wellness services, chronic disease management, and preventive health screenings.
• Complete essential clinic operations including inventory, opening/closing, follow-up, insurance verification, and payments.
