Job summary

On-Site Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist for weekend coverage in Hampton, GA. Qualifications

• Must hold a current Physical Therapy license for the state of operation and be in good standing.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (with AED) is required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are essential to coordinate with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain relationships with client stakeholders.
• Educate client contacts on OSSPT role in injury prevention/management and its impact on client outcomes.
• Attend and participate in regular client meetings as needed.
• Foster client satisfaction and retention by exceeding expectations.
• Track time utilization and report data to meet client needs and KPIs.
• Provide timely documentation of all employee/patient interactions.
• Maintain ongoing communication with client employees and HR/Safety/Wellness teams.
• Schedule and document evaluation and follow-up appointments for injuries.
• Develop and implement proactive injury prevention programs based on client needs.
