Physical Therapist | Part-Time (LaGrange, GA)
- -Build and sustain relationships with key client stakeholders
- -Educate client contacts on OSSPT role in injury prevention/management and its impact on client
- outcomes as determined by the Account Manager
- -As applicable, attend and participate in regularly cadenced meetings with the client and any appropriate
- client representatives
Client Satisfaction and Retention:
- -Foster long-term partnerships by exceeding client expectations to ensure high retention rate
Performance Reporting and Communication:
- - Track time utilization and report data as needed to meet client needs and KPIs
- -Provide timely documentation of all employee/patient interactions
- -Maintain strong, ongoing communication with the client's employees, and the HR, Safety, and Wellness team members

Client On-Site Inquiry Prevention:
- -Schedule, perform and document evaluation and follow up appointments for employees presenting with occupational and non-occupational issues and injuries
- -Develop and implement proactive injury prevention programs based on the client's needs, which could include, depending upon the workplace, stretch programming, new hire education, body mechanics training, educational presentations or other prevention programs as created with the Account Manager or
- - Perform, as needed, functional job assessments, ergonomic workstation assessments and
Collaboration and Internal Communication:
- -Complete all required internal team meetings as outlined in playbook, internal documents, etc
Job Requirements and Competencies:
- -Through training, have and maintain thorough understanding of OSHA guidelines relating to recordable injuries and the worker's compensation process
- -Participate in onboarding and onsite training to ensure understanding and proficiency of On-Site Solutions Physical Therapy practices
- -Experience working with a wide range of patient injuries/issues
- - Maintain professional and technical knowledge through attending educational workshops, reviewing
- - Current Physical Therapy license for state of operation in good standing
- -Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (with AED)
