Job summary

On-Site Solutions Physical Therapy in Conesville, OH, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a Saturday-only schedule (8 hours). Qualifications

• OSHA guidelines understanding
• Onboarding and onsite training
• Experience with a wide range of patient injuries/issues
• Maintain professional/technical knowledge via workshops
• Current Physical Therapy license in state of operation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AED)

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain relationships with key client stakeholders
• Educate client contacts on OSSPT role in injury prevention/management and its impact on client outcomes as determined by the Account Manager
• Attend and participate in client meetings with client representatives
• Foster long-term client partnerships by exceeding expectations to ensure high retention
• Track time utilization and report data to meet client needs and KPIs
• Document all employee/patient interactions in a timely manner
• Maintain ongoing communication with client’s employees and HR, Safety, and Wellness teams
• Schedule, perform and document evaluations and follow-up appointments for employees with occupational/non-occupational issues
• Develop and implement proactive injury prevention programs with Account Manager
• Perform functional job/workstation assessments as needed
• Complete required internal team meetings as outlined in playbook
