On-Site Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist to support New Albany, OH operations through 20–30 hours a week through 2026. You will build strong client relationships and educate stakeholders on injury prevention and outcomes, while coordinating with Account Managers and HR teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include on-site evaluations, injury prevention program development, and timely documentation, with a focus on OSHA guidelines and worker

Qualificações

• Licensed PT in good standing in the operating state.
• BLS certification with AED current.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Build and sustain relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Educate client contacts on OSSPT role in injury prevention and client outcomes.
• Attend and participate in client meetings as needed.
• Foster client satisfaction and high retention rates.
• Track time utilization and report data to meet KPIs.
• Provide timely documentation of all patient interactions.
• Communicate with client HR, Safety, and Wellness teams.
• Schedule and document evaluations and follow-ups for workplace injuries.
• Develop and implement injury prevention programs based on client needs.
• Conduct functional job assessments and ergonomic workstation evaluations.
• Participate in onboarding and onsite training for OSSPT practices.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge through workshops.
