Job summary

On-Site Solutions Physical Therapy seeks a dedicated client relations professional to manage relationships with key client stakeholders and educate client contacts on OSSPT’s role in injury prevention and patient outcomes. The role includes attending regular client meetings and documenting interactions to support retention and KPI achievement.

The candidate will schedule and document evaluations, develop proactive prevention programs, and coordinate with HR and Safety teams.

Qualifications

• Must understand OSHA guidelines related to recordable injuries and workers' compensation.
• Onsite onboarding and training to ensure understanding of OSSPT practices.
• Experience with a wide range of patient injuries/issues.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development through workshops.
• Current PT license in good standing.
• BLS certification required.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Educate client contacts on OSSPT role and its impact on client outcomes as determined by Account Manager.
• Attend and participate in regularly cadenced meetings with the client and client representatives.
• Foster long-term partnerships by exceeding client expectations to ensure high retention.
• Track time utilization and report data to meet client needs and KPIs.
• Provide timely documentation of all employee/patient interactions.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the client’s employees and the HR, Safety, and Wellness team members.
• Communicate effectively with the client’s HR, Safety, Wellness team members and employees to serve the needs of the client and their workers.
• Schedule, perform and document evaluation and follow up appointments for employees presenting with occupational and non-occupational issues and injuries.
• Develop and implement proactive injury prevention programs based on the client’s needs, which could include stretch programming, new hire education, body mechanics training, educational presentations or other prevention programs as created with the Account Manager.
• Perform, as needed, functional job assessments, ergonomic workstation assessments and other related evaluations.
• Complete all required internal team meetings as outlined in playbook, internal documents, etc
