Job summary

On-Site Solutions Physical Therapy in Franklin, OH is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a Saturday-only, 8-hour shift. The role focuses on building relationships with client stakeholders, educating client contacts about OSSPT’s injury prevention and management impact, and participating in cadenced client meetings as needed by the Account Manager.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of OSHA guidelines relating to recordable injuries and the worker’s compensation process.
• Onboarding and onsite training to ensure proficiency of OSSPT practices.
• Experience working with a wide range of patient injuries/issues.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain relationships with client stakeholders.
• Educate client contacts on OSSPT role in injury prevention/management and its impact on client outcomes.
• Attend and participate in client meetings as needed by the Account Manager.
• Foster long-term partnerships by exceeding client expectations to ensure high retention rate.
• Track time utilization and report data to meet client needs and KPIs.
• Provide timely documentation of all employee/patient interactions.
• Maintain communication with the client’s employees and HR, Safety, Wellness teams.
• Schedule, perform and document evaluations and follow-up appointments for workplace injuries.
• Develop and implement proactive injury prevention programs based on client needs.
• Perform functional job assessments and ergonomic workstation assessments as needed.
• Complete required internal team meetings per playbook.
