Job summary

On-Site Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist in LaGrange, GA to build relationships with client stakeholders and educate client contacts on OSSPT’s role in injury prevention and management. The role supports client outcomes and requires collaboration with Account Managers and client teams.

The position emphasizes scheduling evaluations, documenting patient interactions, and contributing to proactive injury-prevention programs in a client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of OSHA guidelines relating to recordable injuries and the worker's compensation process.
• Onsite onboarding and training to ensure understanding of OSSPT practices.
• Experience working with a wide range of patient injuries/issues.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge through attending educational workshops.
• Current Physical Therapy license for state of operation in good standing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (with AED).

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Educate client contacts on OSSPT role in injury prevention/management and its impact on client outcomes.
• Foster long-term partnerships by exceeding client expectations to ensure high retention rate.
• Track time utilization and report data to meet client needs and KPIs.
• Provide timely documentation of all employee/patient interactions.
• Maintain strong, ongoing communication with the client's employees, HR, Safety, and Wellness team members.
• Schedule, perform and document evaluation and follow-up appointments for employees with injuries.
• Develop and implement proactive injury prevention programs based on client needs.
• Complete all required internal team meetings as outlined in playbooks and internal documents.
