Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be CNA certified and current CPR/BLS.
• Experience in patient care settings preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Communicate handoffs clearly to patients, families and staff.
• Document care in real time and maintain patient privacy.
• Assist with routine tasks and organize daily work to support the team.
• Observe changes in patient condition and escalate promptly.
• Maintain clean and organized patient rooms and work areas.
• Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions.
