Job summary

Qualifications

• Iowa Dependent Adult and Iowa Child Abuse Mandatory Reporter training required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate accurate information during handoffs with patients, families, and coworkers.
• Provide safe patient care under supervision of a licensed nurse and complete assigned tasks.
• Observe changes in patient condition and report pertinent information.
• Maintain real-time documentation of patient care provided.
• Protect patient privacy by following privacy guidelines and procedures.
• Organize and prioritize daily work to meet patient and team needs.
