• Observe patient conditions and relay changes to the licensed nurse.
• Document patient care in real time while maintaining privacy.
• Assist with safe and effective patient care within scope.
• Monitor patient safety, including bedside camera monitoring.
• Organize daily tasks to meet patient and family needs.
