Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate accurate patient information at hand-offs and with families and coworkers.
• Ensure necessary information is shared to support best patient outcomes.
• Provide safe patient care under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN on duty.
• Demonstrate effective, age-appropriate communication and address language/cultural barriers.
• Maintain real-time documentation of patient care provided.
• Protect patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
