CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I (After-Hours Weekend) for a remote, part-time role in the United States. You will be the primary contact for patients, caregivers, and providers, handling refill requests, documentation, and account inquiries while ensuring accurate records and timely shipments.

This weekend schedule includes Saturdays and Sundays 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST, totaling 20 hours per week with potential extra hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for patients, caregivers, and providers.
• Process monthly patient refill requests and manage documentation.
• Verify demographics, insurance, and order details for accurate shipments.
• Update electronic records and assist with payments when needed.
• Respond to inquiries and escalate complex issues to clinical staff.
