Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for patients, caregivers, and providers regarding nutrition therapy orders and inquiries.
• Process monthly patient refill requests received through digital channels and phone calls.
• Verify patient demographics, insurance, and order documentation for accurate shipments.
• Update electronic patient records and maintain account information.
• Answer calls, provide order status updates, and route inquiries to appropriate departments.
