Responsibilities

• Check in/out for patients efficiently and with emphasis on throughput and customer service.
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance during registration.
• Collect copayments and patient balances.
• Scan or file documents into the Medical Record as needed.
• Answer multi-line phones and direct calls in a polite and courteous manner.
