Responsibilities

• Complete efficient check-in/out for patients while ensuring confidentiality.
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance during registration as appropriate.
• Collect copayments and patient balances.
• Answer multi-line phones and direct calls politely.
• Scan or file documents into the Medical Record as needed.
