Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, seeks a part-time weekend Garage Attendant at the Bellevue location. You will manage vehicle flow, direct customers to spaces, and maintain garage cleanliness and safety throughout shifts.

Responsibilities include counting vehicles, issuing warnings for policy violations, and assisting customers with locating their cars. Must be punctual, in uniform, and able to work weekends, days or evenings.

Qualifications

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location throughout shift, as needed.
• Write and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors that violate garage policies.
• Patrol parking levels on foot or using carts as applicable.
• Provide assistance to customers who forgot where they parked.
• Be punctual and in uniform for all scheduled days.
• Assist the Facility Manager with other duties as needed.
