Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information to customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location during shift.
• Issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors.
• Patrol parking levels on foot or with carts.
• Assist customers who forgot where they parked.
• Be present on schedule, in uniform, and on time.
• Answer customer questions or direct to Facility Manager for assistance.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
• Assist in maintenance of parking equipment and tasks as directed.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to Facility Manager.
• Communicate debris or spills to garage office.
• Substitute for Valets when needed, if authorized.
• Maintain knowledge of all garage areas and local streets.
