Job summary

North Freeze Dry, LLC in Little Falls, MN, is seeking a Packaging Utility Operator to support and back up packaging staff in meeting production plans while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will learn the packaging operator role, perform case filling, labeling, sanitation, and operate conveyors and forklifts, with opportunities for overtime and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a production team.
• Ability to follow safety, quality, and workplace procedures.

Responsibilities

• Produce the required quantity of batched recipes within specs and plan.
• Inspect ingredients and in-process materials for quality and recipe compliance.
• Maintain production logs and record errors causing waste.
• Perform pre-operational checks, preventive maintenance, and inspections.
• Support quality and sanitation programs and follow Master Sanitation Schedule.
• Communicate maintenance/quality opportunities to supervisors.
• Interface with ERP for inventory control and lot traceability.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
