Job summary

North Freeze Dry is seeking a Packaging Operator in Little Falls, MN to run the packaging line, manage materials in the ERP system, and maintain a safe, efficient work area. The role requires adhering to quality standards and participating in sanitation programs as part of a team-driven environment.

You will operate packaging equipment, load recipes, and assist with inventory management while supporting other lines as needed and complying with overtime requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Forklift certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• Ability to follow food safety, quality and workplace procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging line to produce batched recipes per production plan.
• Inspect materials and in-process products for quality and compliance.
• Maintain logs and records of units produced and any errors.
• Perform pre-operational equipment checks and routine maintenance.
• Utilize ERP system to move materials and ensure inventory control.
