Qualifikationen

• 6+ months of manufacturing/production facility experience preferred.
• Ability to follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.

• Produce required quantity of batched recipes within specifications and production plan.
• Inspect materials and in-process items for quality and recipe compliance.
• Maintain logs of units produced and errors; document results.
• Perform pre-operational equipment checks and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Interface with ERP system for inventory control and lot traceability.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow sanitation procedures.
