Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months experience in a manufacturing/production facility preferred.
• Ability to follow proper food safety, quality and workplace safety procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to follow oral and written instruction.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Produces the required quantity of batched recipes within established specifications and production plan.
• Inspects dry ingredient materials and other materials for quality and recipe compliance.
• Maintains logs and records of units produced and errors leading to discards.
• Performs pre-operational equipment checks and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Performs quality and sanitation tasks per Quality Program and Master Sanitation Schedule.
• Interface with plant ERP system for inventory control and lot traceability.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Execute back-up support for other roles as necessary.
