WebstaurantStore is seeking an Outbound Operations Manager to lead all outbound activities across shifts in Sparks, NV. You will ensure safety, quality, and process excellence while driving improvements and cross-functional collaboration to optimize end-to-end fulfillment.

The role requires 2–3 years of warehouse management experience and proven leadership, with strong MS Office skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of warehouse experience desired.
• Previous management experience is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office is required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound operations across all shifts including picking, consolidation, packing, and loading.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards and SOPs.
• Implement and monitor process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy.
• Analyze metrics, identify trends, and develop solutions to enhance performance.
• Lead change management and coordinate with inbound, inventory, and transportation teams.
