Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares for surgical procedures by pulling instruments and supplies.
• Anticipates surgeon's needs and passes instruments.
• Maintains aseptic technique and disposes of sharps and trash.
• Ensures accuracy of surgeon preference cards and pick lists.
• Assists with OR turnover and stocking of supplies.
• Participates in training and orientation of staff and students.
• May provide business support to the department.
