Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare for surgical procedures by pulling instruments and supplies and ensuring instrument readiness.
• Anticipate the surgeon's needs and pass instruments while maintaining sterility.
• Disposables and sharps management; assist with instrument counts and cleaning post-case.
• Assist with OR turnover, stocking supplies, and cleanliness between cases.
• Participate in training and orientation of surgical technology staff and students.
