Job summary

Interim HealthCare of the Twin Cities in Roseville, MN is seeking an After Hours On Call Triage Visit RN for weekends to respond to hospice calls and triage patients in their homes. This part-time on-call role runs from 8:00am Saturday to 8:00am Monday, with additional on-call coverage as needed.

The position offers a flat $170 on-call stipend plus an active hourly pay of $38.46–$45.86, mileage reimbursement, sick time, 401K, scrubs allowance, and the autonomy of field work supporting our

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed to practice as a RN in MN with active license in good standing.
• Minimum 12 months RN experience within last 5 years.
• CPR Certification.
• One year hospice experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Be available to respond to hospice calls and triage patients.
• Provide home visits when needed in the service area.
• Assist with patient care coordination and communication with families.
