Interim HealthCare of the Twin Cities is seeking a Home Health RN to be on call after hours, triaging patient needs and performing visits in patients' homes when required. This full-time role operates on a 7 days on / 7 days off block, with after-hours coverage from 5pm-8am weekdays and 8am-8am weekends.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision, 401k, PTO, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Minnesota, license active and in good standing.
• Minimum 12 months nursing experience within last five years; hospice/home care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Be available to take calls and triage patients after hours.
• Make home visits when patient needs arise.
• Travel within service area; valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
