Job summary

Senior Helpers Parent Account is seeking a Weekend On-Call Coordinator for our Sarasota/Bradenton area to support the Home Healthcare team during weekends. The role focuses on acting as the primary contact outside of business hours for caregivers, clients, and families, and ensuring continuity of care and operations.

The position requires scheduling coordination, strong communication, and the ability to manage emergencies while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Weekend On-Call Coordinator for Home Healthcare experience preferred.
• Scheduling or staffing coordination experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry and monitor the company-issued iPhone at all times.
• Respond promptly to calls, texts, and voicemail messages.
• Manage caregiver call-outs and staffing shortages.
• Coordinate schedule changes and shift coverage.
• Utilize WellSky to review schedules, staffing needs, and client information.
• Address client, caregiver, family, and guardian concerns professionally.
• Review morning and evening reports submitted by caregivers.
• Ensure required communications and documentation are completed.
• Escalate urgent situations when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client and company information.
