This part-time role serves as the primary after-hours contact, manages staffing, caregiver call-outs, scheduling changes, and client concerns to ensure continuity of care. The On-Call Coordinator carries the company iPhone, documents notes, and participates in Monday follow-up meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience in home healthcare scheduling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry and monitor company-issued iPhone during assigned weekends.
• Respond promptly to calls, texts, and voicemails.
• Manage caregiver call-outs and staffing shortages.
• Coordinate schedule changes and shift coverage.
• Review weekend reports and document notes.
• Escalate urgent situations when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
