Senior Helpers Parent Account is seeking a Weekend On-Call Coordinator for our Sarasota/Bradenton area to support the Home Healthcare team during weekends. The role focuses on acting as the primary contact outside of business hours for caregivers, clients, and families, and ensuring continuity of care and operations.
The position requires scheduling coordination, strong communication, and the ability to manage emergencies while maintaining confidentiality.
Pay:$85–$105 per day while assigned on-call

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Weekend On-Call Coordinator to support our Home Healthcare team during designated weekends. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for caregivers, clients, family members, and guardians outside of normal business hours.
The Weekend On-Call Coordinator is responsible for managing staffing issues, caregiver call-outs, scheduling adjustments, client concerns, and weekend communications while ensuring continuity of care and operations.

Weekend notes must be submitted via email. Office staff may follow up with questions regarding weekend events as needed.
The primary responsibility of the Weekend On-Call Coordinator is to coordinate staffing and secure coverage for open shifts that occur during assigned weekends.
In the event of a last-minute call-out or staffing emergency where coverage cannot be secured despite reasonable efforts, the Weekend On-Call Coordinator may be required to provide temporary client coverage until a caregiver can be arranged.
While this is expected to be an uncommon occurrence, applicants must be willing and able to report to a client's home when necessary to ensure continuity of care and client safety. We will never require hands on care, rather needing applicant to sit with client while office teamassists in locating replacement staff and will continue working to secure coverage as quickly as possible.
