Job summary

Harbor House Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Weekend Nursing Supervisor to cover Saturdays and Sundays. The facility is located in a friendly neighborhood in Hingham and accessible by public transportation.

You will join a team dedicated to high-quality resident care and support for weekend operations. Responsibilities include welcoming new admissions, supervising nurses and CNAs, coordinating staffing changes, and assisting families while coordinating referrals with central

Qualifications

• Must possess valid unencumbered LPN or RN State License and CPR certification.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience; at least one year in long-term care.
• Experience in supervision and teaching; computer skills.
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices preferred.

Requirements for Weekend Nursing Supervisor:

• Must possess valid unencumbered, LPN or RN State License and current CPR certification
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting. Must have minimum of one year experience in long term care.
• Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills.
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred.
