Job summary

Springside Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Pittsfield, MA is seeking a Weekend Nursing Supervisor (RN/LPN) for Saturdays and Sundays, 7 AM to 7 PM. You will oversee weekend nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care.

Requires MA RN or LPN license with CPR certification and at least two years of clinical nursing experience, including long-term care. Supervisory and teaching abilities, plus computer skills, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess valid unencumbered Massachusetts RN or LPN license and CPR certification.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience; one year in long-term care preferred.
• Experience in supervision and teaching; computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges.
• Supervise Weekend RN, LPN, and CNA staff.
• Respond to family inquiries and uphold care standards.
• Provide support to ancillary staff as needed.

Requirements For Weekend Nursing Supervisor (RN/LPN)

• Must possess valid unencumbered, Massachusetts RN or LPN License and current CPR certification.
• Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting preferred. Must have minimum of one year experience in long term care
• Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred
