Job summary

St. Joseph's Living Center seeks a Weekend Nurse Supervisor - RN to lead weekend shifts, oversee care plans, and mentor staff in a skilled nursing environment. The role emphasizes adherence to clinical standards and resident-centered care.

Licensed CT or compact RN with BLS/ACLS, strong communication, and EHR proficiency are required; weekend option available, with a $4,000 sign-on bonus and weekend shift differential.

Qualifications

• Active CT or Compact RN license.
• Experience leading care teams in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
• Strong clinical skills in basic nursing procedures and med administration.
• Proficient in documenting in EHR and maintaining patient safety.
• CPR certifications: BLS and ACLS.

Responsibilities

Weekend Nurse Supervisor - RN | St. Joseph's Living Center

$43.50 - $47.50/hour, based on experience
Shift Differential: $1.00/HR on all weekend shifts!
$4,000 Sign-On Bonus
Part-Time | 7:00AM – 3:00PM, every weekend OR every other weekend options

Qualifications for Success:

• Active, unencumbered CT or Compact State Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Strong clinical skills in basic nursing procedures, including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols in a skilled nursing or similar healthcare setting.
• Current CPR certifications, including BLS and ACLS.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
