St. Joseph's Living Center in Windham, CT is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). Earn $21.00–$24.50 per hour with $2.00 evening and $1.00 weekend shift differentials and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Full-Time and Part-Time roles available, with 7:00AM–3:00PM or 3:00PM–11:00PM shifts, rotating weekends and holidays. As a CNA you will assist residents with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and provide basic care under licensed nurses, while promoting dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing with CT state registry.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and observe/report changes to nursing staff.
• Provide basic patient care under the direction of licensed nurses, including repositioning and assisting with mobility.

Delivering Solutions that Matter:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding, while promoting dignity and independence.
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and observe and report changes in residents' physical or mental condition to the nursing staff promptly.
• Provide basic patient care under the direction of licensed nurses, including repositioning, transferring, and assisting with mobility to prevent falls and pressure injuries.
• Support residents' quality of life by fostering a positive, respectful environment and encouraging engagement in meaningful daily activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment by following infection control protocols, responding to call lights, and ensuring residents' comfort and safety throughout the shift.

Qualifications for Success:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing with the CT state registry.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
