Job summary

ATLASMD is seeking a Nurse Manager to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise CNAs/GNAs and nursing staff. You will monitor performance, educate, counsel, and conduct evaluations to maintain high-quality care.

Responsibilities include directing day-to-day nursing operations, ensuring policy compliance, and coordinating with other departments. Must hold a current RN or LPN license and demonstrate leadership and teamwork in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN or LPN in this state.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to provide care appropriate to age-related needs of residents.
• Must be a supportive team member and demonstrate teamwork.
• Ability to plan, organize, and interpret nursing programs and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of CNAs/GNAs and other nursing personnel in the Center.
• Ensure compliance with written policies and nursing procedures.
• Review and revise department policies, manuals, and job descriptions as needed.
• Provide discipline and evaluations in accordance with regulations and Center guidelines.
