Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a House Supervisor to provide 24-hour patient care coordination and serve as the on-site nursing leadership representative during weekends and off shifts. The role includes mentoring nurses, coordinating care across Med/Surg, OB, SCU, ER, and OR, and collaborating with department directors and the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure continuity of care.

Ideal candidates have a BSN or equivalent, at least two years of RN experience, Iowa RN licensure, and demonstrated

Qualifications

• BSN or equivalent from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of two years RN clinical experience.
• Current unrestricted RN license from the State of Iowa.
• Ability to maintain nursing competency across Med/Surg, ER, SCU, OB with telemetry.
