Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a Nurse Supervisor - House (Administrative Coordinator) to provide 24/7 administrative leadership across the hospital during nights and other offsite times. You will coordinate operations, support staff and patient needs, and ensure standards are maintained throughout the facility.

The role requires a BSN, Maryland RN license, and at least five years of hospital nursing with two years in supervision. BLS and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Maryland RN license.
• Minimum of five (5) years hospital nursing experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years supervisory or management experience.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and data systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative leadership and operational coordination for all hospital departments during assigned shifts.
• Ensure hospital operations continue effectively and efficiently while meeting patient needs.
• Maintain awareness of hospital-wide activities and respond to operational, clinical, and staffing concerns.
• Communicate significant events to on-call leadership and seek guidance as needed.
• Support interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Serve as a resource for clinical teams, physicians, patients, and families.
• Assist with patient flow, bed management, staffing coordination, and emergency response.
